Can I send a DM when someone comments on a Reel?
Yes. WinkSend supports comment replies on posts and Reels. Choose the content and trigger word. Test the reply on the connected account before you launch.
Can I ask someone to follow before sending the link?
Yes. Ask to Follow is available on Free. It checks for a follow before sharing the link. This is different from sending a message just because someone follows you.
Can I send a PDF on the free plan?
You can send a link to a PDF hosted on your website. Sending a PDF with a rich content block is a Professional feature. Check that the file link opens without asking for access.
Does a comment give me permission to send endless messages?
No. Reply to the request the person made. More messages depend on their actions and Meta’s messaging rules. WinkSend does not remove those limits.
