Email usYes. You can switch plans from your account settings anytime. Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You only get charged once the trial ends and you choose to continue.
An automation is a reply rule you set up and turn on. A run is one eligible comment or message starting that rule. A public comment reply and a DM in the same response count as one run. Monthly runs and active automation rules have separate limits.
Your saved rules stay in place, but new replies stop when you use your monthly run allowance. Wait for the next billing cycle or choose a plan with more runs. Meta's messaging rules and AI credit limits still apply on paid plans.
Refund requests are reviewed according to our refund policy. If there is duplicate billing, a clear technical failure caused by winksend, or another exceptional circumstance, contact support and we will review it quickly.
